WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment processing.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or China. Please expect a delivery time within 4-12 business days upon the day you made your order. Logistics are impacted due to COVID-19 resulting in longer shipping times.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. GrizzlyGadget.com is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In most cases, international shipping is subject to an international shipping fee. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. GrizzlyGadget.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes. All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
We are a U.S. based company in Garden Grove, California. We take just a few days to process your payment and deliver your item within 7-15 business days due to an immense load of orders, however, shipping may take 10-20 business days due to the impact of Covid-19. International shipping may be subject to longer shipping times due to logistical reasons because of Covid-19, roughly 10-20 business days. We are working on faster international shipping to get you what you love fast! Please contact us to check your products international shipping time.

WHAT IF I ORDERED EXPEDITED INSURED SHIPPING?
Expedited insured shipping is our fastest shipping yet with a delivery time within 4-7 business days anywhere in the world for a flat fee. It's our elite service, providing peace of mind to get your item(s) delivered faster. Shipping may take longer due to the impact of Covid 19 and for logistic reasons, it may take up to 7-12 business days.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship in the US, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, however, due to security reasons, we can't deliver items on military bases.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Most of the items are coming from our manufacture partners in China. Some items come from our location in California, US. We are a small business growing rapidly striving to bring you best products at your door with faster shipping times therefore we are expanding to better courier options and warehouse expansion.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you a notification with your tracking number when you place your order. We made it easy for you to look up your tracking status using our online tracking service.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Any items excluding gift cards and promotional items as long it's within the 90-day period. Items are returned in original packing and undamaged.Â
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
Free gifts, promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
There is no charges for returns. Original shipping charges is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. However, we are in the process of lowering our warehouse expenses to cover for the return shipping real soon.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Enter your order number and email address in our returns center. Start a return and follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.Â
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10Â business days.
HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

We accept payment via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit card and Debit cards. We partnered with Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay as well to give you different options of payment method. We are working on accepting Bitcoin in the next weeks for those with Bitcoin wallets. You can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US currency, however, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.
